Surabhi G R is an Assistant Psychologist offering online and in-person psychological
support, providing clients with the flexibility to access sessions in a format that is
comfortable and convenient for them. She holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from PES
University and a BA in Psychology and English Literature from NMKRV College for
Women, Bengaluru.
With experience across counselling and multidisciplinary clinical settings, Surabhi has
worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals with diverse psychological
and developmental needs. Her professional training has provided her with experience in
counselling practice, psychological assessment, clinical documentation, case formulation,
psychoeducation, and mental health interventions.
She is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental and confidential space where
individuals feel heard and understood. Her areas of support include stress and anxiety,
emotional difficulties, self-esteem and self-confidence, interpersonal concerns, personal
growth, academic concerns and emotional and behavioural concerns.
Surabhi follows an evidence-informed and client-centred approach, taking into account each
individual’s experiences, strengths, needs, and circumstances. She believes that psychological
support should provide a safe space for individuals to explore their experiences, understand
themselves better, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards meaningful personal
goals.
Through her ongoing practice, Surabhi continues to strengthen her clinical competencies
through case work, counselling support, psychological assessment, documentation,
psychoeducation, and continued professional learning. She is committed to ethical,
compassionate and accessible psychological care, while continually developing her skills as a
mental health professional.
